END OF FINANCIAL YEAR STATEMENTS
Your property management agency will provide statements each time they disburse to you, be it monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Copies of all your invoices processed each statement period are provided at the same time your statement is. At the end of the financial year these statements are collated into one summary statement for the past 12 months and provided to you for lodging purposes.
These statements are coded with various dissections in order to make it easy for you to claim (where appropriate) any income losses or indeed income gains for the set period. These reports are generated by property management software specific to property management and as such make processing of your taxes simple.
